Spectrum Aeromed announces a new hire as Project Coordinator and three employee promotions.
Rammie Olson joins the company in a newly created position as project coordinator. In this new role, Olson will guide projects from the initial sale to delivery and will serve as the primary liaison to customers. She will coordinate the activities of all collaborators on an air medical equipment project from sales, design, and product development.
Chief Operating Officer of Spectrum Aeromed Chad Kost shared his enthusiasm and confidence in Olson saying, “Olson has a strong background in managing projects, initiatives, and events as a former executive assistant at a major bank. This new position is critical to our growth and we’re excited to welcome Olson to the team.”
Spectrum Aeromed’s former Project Manager Michael Gallagher has been promoted to Director of Production. Gallagher’s new role in the company calls for him to oversee the production, quality assurance, project management and purchasing departments.
Boyd Johnson has been promoted from quality assurance manager to production and quality assurance manager. Johnson now supervises the welding and fabrication department in addition to his responsibilities as quality assurance manager.
Laurie Lundstrom was promoted from assistant office manager/AS9100 coordinator to assistant office manager/AS9100 management representative. She will continue her duties as assistant office manager and also manage the implementation and maintenance of Spectrum Aeromed’s quality management system, ensuring it complies with the requirements of AS9100 Rev C and ISO 9001:2008. She will also serve as the lead internal auditor for the program.
“Each of the promoted employees have demonstrated skills that prove they are ready to go above and beyond their former responsibilities and tackle new tasks as the company continues to grow,” said Kost.
