Matthew Christenson is the Account Executive for the Western United States, Western Canada, Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. He has been with Spectrum Aeromed since 2001, having held positions as office manager, production manager and project manager during that time. He is based at the headquarter office in Fargo, North Dakota.
Horst Heinicke
VP of International Sales
Thomas Redder
VP of International Sales
Thomas Redder is the VP for East, South and Southeast Asia and Europe. He is based in the German Sales Office, held an Air Transport Pilots License and has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Before joining Spectrum Aeromed in April 2012, he was Technical Director at an Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organization.
Ricky Reno
VP Account Executive
Ricky Reno is the VP for the Eastern United States as well as all U.S. Military and Government Initiatives. He joined Spectrum Aeromed in 2012. He has been in the Aviation Industry for over 33 years as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot, Flight Instructor, and Airframe & Powerplant Technician. He also retired from the US Army after 22 years where he served as an US Army Aviator and other roles. Ricky has been awarded with the prestigious Sikorsky Rescue Award for his role in the life saving efforts using a Sikorsky Aircraft.
Tammy Enright

Justin Mahler
VP Director of Engineering
Justin Mahler joined Spectrum Aeromed in 2005. He is the VP Director of Engineering for Spectrum Aeromed, and also serves as the company’s DER, overseeing the certification and compliance efforts with the FAA. He was recognized in 2012 as one of the “40 Most Influential People Under the Age of 40” in North Dakota by the Prairie Business Magazine.
Jeff Edberg
VP of Operations
Edberg comes to Spectrum Aeromed with decades of experience both in and out of the cockpit. He graduated with a degree in flight technology and has spent the past 20 years working in aviation business development, project management, customer service and vendor relationships. Edberg has been a commercial pilot and flight instructor for over 30 years.
