Now Hiring: Assembler

Job Status: Full-time

The assembler is responsible for preparation, sub-assembly and assembly of electrical and mechanical parts. This person is able to work without direct supervision.

Employee must be interviewed, pass a drug-free screening test, agree/sign a work week schedule, and agree/sign a Spectrum Aeromed Expectations Requirements.

Employees may be required to pass a basic math exam and/or pass a written grammar exam.

We offer modular (quick-change) advanced & basic life support systems as well as state-of-the art dedicated systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Includes the following – Other duties may be assigned.

  • Select and use the proper hand and power tools for the assembly of mechanical parts
  • On job training available for proper soldering and riveting techniques
  • Identify conforming and non-conforming piece parts and assemblies
  • Use various pieces of measuring equipment (i.e. tape measure, caliper)
  • Keep work area clean and safe
  • Assist with inventory of piece parts and/or assemblies
  • Support and comply with the professionalism standards established by Spectrum Aeromed management
  • Support and comply with the safety requirements and standards
  • Participate in Engineering and R&D projects.
  • Basic knowledge of assembly, soldering and riveting processes is a plus.
  • High School diploma required.

Accounts Payable Assistant

Job Status: Part-time

This position is for 20-25 hours per week and could qualify as an internship.

The applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent and either have experience with accounts payable or be currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.

Spectrum Aeromed is AS9100 certified and works closely with air medical and patient transport crews to equip all types of fixed and rotor wing aircraft with highly-specialized, innovative and field-tested life support solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming AP invoices
  • Responding to AP requests and inquiries
  • Researching AP issues and troubleshoot solutions
  • Preparing payments and track to payment accounts
  • Filing and organizing electronic files
  • Assisting with ERP system data migration
  • Other office related duties as requested by the team
  • Read and interpret documents such as office correspondence and procedures
  • Working with Office Suite, esp. Excel spreadsheets
  • Work in Windows operating system, cloud-based storage applications, and meeting software.
  • Handle internal and external communications (written and verbal in English) in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with electronic accounting systems
  • Professional conduct combined with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work with the basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, division, fractions, and decimals
