(Fargo, N.D.) Spectrum Aeromed’s Director of Engineering Justin Mahler recently won the North Dakota based Prairie Magazine’s 40 Most Influential People under 40 Award.
“We are very proud of Justin for winning this prestigious award,” said President and CEO of Spectrum Aeromed Dean Atchison. “Justin is a local success story. He interned with us while he was still at North Dakota State University (NDSU) and we hired him when he graduated. It is great to see local talent influencing not only our work at Spectrum Aeromed, but also the aviation industry.”
Mahler began working for Spectrum Aeromed in 2007 upon graduating NDSU with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to being the Director of Engineering for Spectrum, he also serves as a Designated Engineering Representative (DER) for the FAA. Mahler inspects and certifies all Spectrum’s products and STCs to assure compliance with FAA regulations. He is also one of the youngest DERs in the country.
