Prior to Spectrum Aeromed, Dean held various leadership positions with Community First Bankshares, Inc. throughout the Upper Midwest.
Chad Kost serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Spectrum Aeromed, with responsibilities for Sales, Production, Engineering and Office Administration. Prior to joining the Spectrum Aeromed in early 2013, he aided the company briefly as a consultant. He also spent 17 years in the banking industries in various capacities. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Mayville (ND) State University and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.
VP Account Executive
Matthew Christenson is the Account Representative for the Western United States, Canada, Central America, Caribbean, United Kingdom, Scandinavia Region, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. He has been with Spectrum Aeromed since 2001, having positions as office manager, production manager and project manager during that time. He is based at the headquarter office in Fargo, North Dakota
VP International Marketing
Horst Heinicke started his aviation career in 1986 as A/P Mechanic at Beechcraft before joining the family owned Cessna Service Center in southern Germany. After gaining experience as a consultant for different private and business aircraft sales organizations he joined Spectrum Aeromed in 2002. Based in our office in Germany he and his team are responsible for all international sales and marketing initiatives in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
VP International Marketing
Thomas Redder is the Account Representative for Europe, Middle East, Russia and Asia. He is based in the German Sales Office, held an Air Transport Pilots License and has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Before joining Spectrum Aeromed in April 2012, he was Technical Director at an Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organization.
VP Account Representative
Ricky Reno serves as the VP of Military & Government Initiatives, and Account Representative for Spectrum Aeromed. He joined Spectrum Aeromed in 2012. He has been in the Aviation Industry for over 27 years as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot, Flight Instructor, and Airframe & Powerplant Technician. He also retired from the US Army after 22 years where he served as a Black Hawk Pilot. Ricky has been awarded with the prestigious Sikorsky Rescue Award for his role in the life saving efforts using a Sikorsky Aircraft.

Tammy Enright is the SVP- Business Manager, overseeing marketing, accounting, human resources, IT and general administration. She was recognized in 2012 as one of the “40 Most Influential People Under the Age of 40” in North Dakota by the North Dakota Business Watch Magazine.
VP Director of Production
Michael Gallagher joined Spectrum Aeromed in 2011 as Project Manager and currently serves as VP-Director of Production. In this role he leads the Production, Purchasing, Project Management and Customer Service teams in a mission to delight our customers with world-class products and service. The North Dakota native is Past President of the Fargo Lions Club and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance.
Director of Engineering
Justin Mahler is the Director of Engineering for Spectrum Aeromed, and also serves as the company’s DER, overseeing the certification and compliance efforts with the FAA. He was recognized in 2012 as one of the “40 Most Influential People Under the Age of 40” in North Dakota by the Prairie Business Magazine.
